Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re navigating big transitions, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or carrying a deep sense of shame or self-doubt. You may find yourself repeating the same relationship dynamics, struggling with your sense of identity, or feeling overwhelmed by emotions that are difficult to name. I believe therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reflect, and gently untangle the things that have kept you from feeling fully seen or whole.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, curious, and grounded in compassion. I believe that healing happens in relationship, when we are offered a safe and attuned space to explore our inner world. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative practices to help clients build greater awareness of their emotional patterns and uncover the strengths within their stories. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you, but rather helping you get to know and accept all parts of yourself with clarity and care. I also bring an appreciation for humor, creativity, and genuineness into the room, meeting clients where they are with warmth and authenticity.
