I am glad you have found your way here. Perhaps you find yourself in a period of life where you need more help, space, or guidance. Life can feel particularly overwhelming or confusing at times. I would love to accompany you on your journey of discovering the strengths and longings that sustain you through the pains and challenges.
I believe that knowledge and self-awareness is at the root of growth. Part of the human experience is having questions, and part of therapy is finding answers to those questions. Discovering the unknown and ignored parts of you that live within you can transform and expand your whole world, your relationships with others, and your relationship with yourself.
The therapy room is a sacred space. I will honor your bravery and vulnerability in therapy by meeting you with empathy and compassion and encouraging you to have empathy and compassion for yourself. I want to celebrate your unique journey of life. I hope that within these walls, you can experience freedom and acceptance, so that you can be more liberated in your everyday life.
In looking for a therapist, you have already begun your journey towards growth and healing. I would be honored to work with you and am happy to meet you as you are.
