We all struggle, sometimes with anxiety, loss, uncertainty, or the sense that something just feels off. Whether you're navigating a major life change or find yourself stuck in the same internal patterns, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. I believe that meaningful change comes through cultivating awareness and compassionately exploring the parts of ourselves that we often avoid.

My approach blends psychodynamic principles with evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This means we’ll look at both the patterns developed in childhood that shape how you relate to yourself and others, and also work with practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors in the present. I see therapy as a collaborative process, one where I serve as a guide, mirror, and thoughtful challenger to help you uncover the insights and strengths already within you. Therapy can help you recognize and break free from destructive patterns, and when paired with self-compassion, it becomes a path toward a more joyful, meaningful, and connected life.

Outside of the therapy room, I love surfing, yoga, board games, and a good game of chess. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, depth, and support that’s grounded and practical.
