"He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how." — Friedrich Nietzsche

Hi, and welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.

This quote resonates deeply with me because it speaks to the power of purpose and meaning, especially during life’s most challenging moments. I believe that when we understand why we’re hurting, growing, or seeking change, we can begin to face the how, the hard parts, with more strength and hope. That’s what therapy can help uncover: your why, your voice, your path forward.

In our work together, I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be your full self, exactly as you are. I show up with compassion and curiosity, and I’ll sit with you in the hard feelings and help you hold them. I’ll also gently challenge you, because I believe growth often lives just outside our comfort zone.

I’m especially drawn to supporting people who are going through life transitions, navigating grief, exploring who they are, or working on self-worth. I love working with people who are trying to figure things out, and I have a deep connection to the immigrant and refugee experience; being an immigrant myself, I know firsthand how challenging, layered, and brave that journey can be. No matter where you’re coming from or what you’re carrying, I’m excited to work with you. It’s an honor to walk alongside anyone who’s ready to take the next step toward healing."
