Have you ever come across a song, book, or movie that made you feel truly understood? Moments like these remind us that we are not alone, and I believe that this sense of being seen and understood, that our story makes sense, can be the foundation for meaningful change. Therapy is one space where that change can happen, and while I recognize how vulnerable and scary it can be to seek mental health care, I have also experienced how gentle and warm therapy can be.

As a therapist, I strive to understand people within the context of their environments. When we slow down and pay attention to your inner world, your relationships, the cultures you inhabit, and the larger systems you move through, your story begins to make sense. I aim to offer a relationship grounded in connection, collaboration, trust, and often, laughter…one that helps you to reconnect with your inner wisdom from a place of agency, freedom, and belonging. Because we live within complex environments, I recognize that not all pain comes with a clear solution or quick path to healing. I offer a space that can hold and honor the confusion, grief, and uncertainty that accompany these experiences.

I am passionate about working with individuals and families navigating identity, life transitions, grief and loss, feeling stuck or silenced, trauma ("big" and "small"), and underrepresentation or systemic barriers. I integrate somatic work, Internal Family Systems, and an anti-oppressive lens to co-create a process that honors your beliefs, values, gifts, imperfections, family history, culture, and humanity. Our work together will be collaborative, soft, and gently challenging. I will always empower you to be your most authentic self, meet you with compassion, and keep it real as we work to support you in living as the most engaged and enlivened version of yourself.
